2024-2025 Season Team Placements MAY 18th & 19th 2024!
Join the Gold Entourage with World Cup Connecticut! We offer teams for all ages and skill levels!
To get started:
- Register for a Team Placement evaluation on either May 18th or 19th. Select the time you would like to come
- Sign up for a minimum of 2 Try Out Clinics so you can learn the required material for your evaluation
- Be sure to follow us on Instagram (@worldcupconnecticut) and like us on Facebook (World Cup All Stars Connecticut Cheer & Dance) to stay up to date on the latest news and updates
To prepare for your clinics and evaluation:
- What to wear: white cheer shoes or athletic sneakers (no high top sneakers or flat bottom shoes) hair should be up in a high pony tail with a bow. No loose clothing. We prefer athletes wear athletic shorts and a sports bra or tank top.
- When you arrive at your try out clinics you will check in with the coach in the lobby and can head in to begin warming up and stretching. Please do not be late so you can be part of the group warm up. We will split the clinics by skill level and/or age. Parents are not allowed in the gym but can view the clinic from the lobby. We ask that if parents have questions they wait until after the clinic has finished to connect with a coach or send us an email to wcpolaris@aol.com
- At your Team Placement Evaluation: please arrive 10-15 min early to allow time for in processing and check in. Your athlete’s evaluation should take no more than 20 min. Be sure to bring the payment method you would like to have on file. Your athlete should arrive ready to go in and stretch.
- After the evaluation: You will receive a phone call with your athlete’s placement by Tuesday May 21st. Practices will begin either Wednesday May 22nd or Thursday May 23rd. You will be told which days your athlete practices at the time of your Team Placement phone call. If you have any questions about evaluations please send us an email to wcpolaris@aol.com
