Back Handspring Bootcamp

Prerequisites : Back walkover

Back Handspring Bootcamp is the perfect class for those athletes who have a back walkover and want to start learning their back handspring, perfect their technique and learn how to utilize their back handspring in running tumbling passes as well as standing tumbling passes.

Beginner Tumbling

Prerequisites : None

Beginner tumbling is the place for any athletes wanting to gain better technique in their forward rolls, cartwheel, front walkovers and back walkovers!

Back Walkover Bootcamp

Prerequisites : None

Back Walkover Bootcamp is the place to master your back walkover & front walkover!

Advanced Tumbling

Prerequisites : Back handspring, Round off back handspring series

Advanced tumbling is our class for athlete’s who have mastered their back handspring and round off back handspring series. This class will focus on the development and improvement of tucks, layouts & more!

Tiny Tumble

Ages 3-5

Come play, tumble and let out some energy!

Tucks & More!

Ready to master your level 3-6 tumbling?! This class is for you! Our Tucks & More! class will focus on drills designed to get you ready for all your flips and twists and will provide spotting opportunities to set you up for tumbling success!

Stretch with Coach Kenzie

Increase your flexibility, balance and strength with Coach Kenzie! This class is great for flyers! Coach Kenzie’s extensive and fresh knowledge in all things cheer from her time as a UCA Head Instructor as well as an athlete herself ensures this class will be a valuable and refreshing take on our strength and flexibility class!

Back Handspring Bootcamp

This class is open to all tumbling levels and is designed to provide athletes with the opportunity for spotting and guidance on their skills.
