Back Handspring Bootcamp

Mondays 4:45-5:30

Prerequisites : Back walkover

Back Handspring Bootcamp is the perfect class for those athletes who have a back walkover and want to start learning their back handspring, perfect their technique and learn how to utilize their back handspring in running tumbling passes as well as standing tumbling passes.

Beginner Tumbling 1B

Mondays 5:45-6:30 or Wednesdays 4:45-5:30

Prerequisites : Cartwheel & Backbend from a standing position

Tumbling 1B is our beginner tumbling class for athletes who have mastered their cartwheel and can safely go into a backbend from a standing position. This class will focus on teaching back walkovers and front walkovers.

Beginner Tumbling 1A

Tuesdays 4:45-5:30

Prerequisites : None

Tumbling 1A is our beginner level tumbling classes for athletes looking to perfect their forward roll, cartwheel and backbend.

Advanced Tumbling

Tuesdays 5:45-6:30

Prerequisites : Back handspring, Round off back handspring series

Advanced tumbling is our class for athlete’s who have mastered their back handspring and round off back handspring series. This class will focus on the development and improvement of tucks, layouts & more!

Rec Cheer

Wednesdays 6:30-7:15

Rec cheer is perfect for those wanting to try cheerleading without the commitment of a competitive team! Athletes will showcase a short routine for parents at the end of the last class on June 28th.

Open Gym

Thursdays 4:45-5:30

Join us every Thursday in June for open gym! Bring your friends to come stunt, jump or tumble!

Flyer Strength & Stretch

Thursdays 5:45-6:30

Is your athlete a flyer or want to be one? This class will focus on stretch and strength exercises that will increase your athlete’s technique in body position, improve their air awareness and increase their knowledge of flexibility and mobility.
